3 In Odemira, in the Alentejo region, 44 hectares of land located 25 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches of southern Portugal is for sale for 20k euros. The price per hectare is 479 euros. The land is only suitable for agricultural use

4 A land of 95556 m2 in a seaside resort of Zambujeira do Mar, with an approved allotment project for 145 residential units, commerce, and one hotel unit with 110 rooms, is reaching a price of 7.7 million euros. In that case, the price per hectare ready to be developed in 81000 euros.

5 In Lisbon, you can find land for sale for around 2000 euros per sq meter up to 4000 per sq meter.

6 The price of land in the best area of Porto (Foz) starts at 1000 per sq meter and goes up to 1150 euros per sq meter.
