  • Let's start with a 30-minute consultation. It is the occasion to get to know you and understand your requirements and objectives. This initial consultation will cover many topics: your preferred location, villa type, options, and budget. Some clients only want to invest in real estate in Portugal for financial gain. Others want to start a new life and create their dream home. Or they might want a bit of both. Taking the time to define the objectives and possible options is essential. ​

  •  If you instruct us to start your project, we start looking for high-potential properties. Once we find the perfect candidates, we show these to you - but you don't need to spend time and money travelling to view them yourself because we send you videos/ drone footage/ photos, etc.  If you want to proceed, we ask you to nominate a lawyer to represent you. 

  • Your lawyer can conduct independent due diligence checks (eg with the land registry), and perform other services for you such as request a NIF (TAX number) on your behalf. ​

  • Once you own the land, we send you the initial architectural plan within the agreed budget. Once the project is validated, we start a topographic survey of the property. The building concept and the general plans will be subject to meticulous drawings. Structural engineers and architects will review the final plans. The local authorities receive all the plans and relevant pieces of information. The building permit application process will start. Once the local authorities give the go-ahead, the work begins.
